For active employees - In order to roll over a 401(k), traditional IRA, or other qualified account account from a previous provider, simply visit this link: https://my.guideline.com/participant/dashboard/rollover
Participants receive all directions they need from there!
Terminated employees should follow the below instructions to roll out of their Guideline Account
1.) Review the distribution form within the Resource Library tab of the Dashboard in the "Forms" folder (https://my.guideline.com/participant/dashboard/resource/forms).
2.)Submit your completed form, ensuring it is signed using an e-signature or ink signature, by uploading it to your participant dashboard. Just go to your Resource Library and upload it to the "Shared Files" folder (https://my.guideline.com/participant/dashboard/resource/shared).
3.) Please send us an email once you have uploaded your document so that we know to look out for it!
